If you want to make sure that occurring problems are fixed as fast as possible during the entire year, then we can offer you a business critical support contract
This contract guarantees that we will help with the integration and any possible ERP problems within the previously agreed on time.
We can offer this support during office hours from monday to friday throughout the entire year. We will agree upon a time-to-response in which we will begin restoring the service. In addition, we can also agree upon a certain amount of time a month that will serve to solve an occurring problem or errors. In case of overtime we will plan these hours on a best effort basis. All our consultants have a wide range of experience and have multiple official certificates in support and control. After concluding a contract we will start by investing time in getting to know your business and determining what is important to be able to give you high quality support. We use Jira confluence. Incidents on your environment are also processed via JIRA and can also be shared with you if required.
After each month, we provide a report with the hours spent and the tickets that have been handled and resolved.
As we make the initial investment in getting to know your environment, we agree to this support contract for a minimum of 6 months.
We offer this service for both Celigo and NetSuite or both. We expect to offer this for Avalara in the future as well.
