Files can be uploaded and downloaded directly through the Celigo UI, making it convenient when you need somewhere to temporarily park files without setting up separate storage infrastructure.
It can also be used within your integration flows, giving you another option for handling files as they move between systems.
What about external parties?
Celigo also offers a Hosted SFTP server that can connect to the file storage. This means external parties can copy files to and from the storage using SFTP.
The Hosted SFTP option is available under a separate license, so whether it makes sense depends on your integration requirements.

Using Celigo File Storage could help avoid the need for additional endpoints or separate FTP server hosting.
